Construction Insurance Partners is a full service Wrap-Up (OCIP and CCIP) administrator and consultant for all types of construction Wrap-ups.

CIP works with clients, agents and brokers to assist on all levels of Wrap-up services for their construction projects. Our clientele can choose from various levels of services ranging from Project Presentations, Coverage Placements, Wrap-up Contracts, Enrollment & Administration, Site Safety Coordination, Claims Management, Contractor Insurance Credit Processing and Carrier Payroll Reporting.

CIP uses a proprietary Wrap-up Administration web-based information system called “PRISM” (Project Risk & Insurance System Manager) to manage their programs.

Our dedicated group of specialists provides a turnkey approach to managing insurance programs for large construction projects. We place a strong emphasis on proactive safety, claims management and overall program administration. Through effective communications, the CIP team provides an integrated approach from pre-risk assessment to program closeout.
